4. Virtual Chips and In-Game Economy
The Services may include a feature of virtual, in-game chips ("Virtual Chips"). These Virtual Chips are provided to you upon registration and can be won through gameplay. You acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Virtual Chips are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for use solely within the GoalMania game.
- Virtual Chips have **no monetary value** and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or sold for real money, goods, or any other item of monetary value from GoalMania or any other party.
- The balance of Virtual Chips shown in your account does not constitute a real-world balance or reflect any stored value.
- We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Chips at any time, with or without notice. We shall have no liability to you or any third party if we exercise any such rights.
5. Non-Gambling Policy
GoalMania is strictly an entertainment service. All game outcomes are based on the skill of the players involved. No real money is required to play, and no real money or prizes of monetary value can be won. The Virtual Chips system is designed as a tool to measure performance and facilitate in-game competition, not as a form of wagering.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including but not limited to the game, titles, computer code, themes, characters, artwork, logos, and text) are owned by GoalMania.
